How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@shopbiga.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving the item
  2. Include your order number, item description, and reason for return
  3. Attach a clear photo or video if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To your provided account details
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after returned item is received and inspected

4. Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange a product if:

  • It arrives damaged or with missing parts
  • You received the wrong item

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (ebooks, gift cards, game codes, etc.)
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

6. Delivery-Related Complaints

If your order arrives late, incomplete, or not at all:

  • Report within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  • We’ll investigate and provide a resolution (resend, refund, or compensation)
